Most services companies sell hours. XDQ Labs sells a function that runs: one workflow, scoped to a measurable outcome, put on AI agents that read, draft, route and reconcile, with a human gate on anything that touches money, a customer or a record of truth. The agents, the data layer and the code are handed over — the client owns them.
The proof is internal. Drapto (hospital revenue integrity) and Quotarider (B2B CRM with a guardrailed outbound engine and the Vera agent runtime) were designed, built, secured and sold by XDQ Labs without outside capital. Client work runs on the same stack and the same standards.
The founder
Sagar Makker spent years in B2B revenue operations and sales before building software — closing deals, running pipelines and living with the tools sales teams are handed.
