DRAPTO

Building a hospital revenue-integrity platform on top of the systems hospitals already run.

Node.js · PostgreSQL · React · React Native/Expo · FHIR R4 · EDI X12
The challenge

Where it started

Indian hospitals lose revenue to rejected claims, missed pre-auth steps and tariffs that don't match contracts — spread across an HIS, a claims pipe and paper. Replacing the HIS was never an option.

What we built

The build

  • Ingest module importing bills, admissions, charges, claims and settlements from HIS exports
  • 24-rule claim-rejection scoring with self-calibrating weights and a persistent worklist
  • Pre-auth lifecycle, NHCX FHIR R4 claim bundles, EDI 837P/835 for US RCM work
  • Payer intelligence: CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, PMJAY and NABH detection
  • Doctor-facing React Native app with queue, today-view, prescriptions and clinic revenue
  • Security audit closing hardcoded credentials, stored XSS, CORS and open-redirect issues before go-live
