What does XDQ Labs do?
We are a founder-led product studio in Gurugram. We build custom software, mobile apps, SaaS products, integrations and AI agents for B2B companies, and we run our own products — Drapto and Quotarider — on the same stack.
How is pricing structured?
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price, quoted after one scoping call. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. Product deployments (Drapto, Quotarider) are licensed per workspace or per bed.
How fast can you start?
Scope and price within two working days of your brief; most builds start within two weeks of sign-off.
Who actually does the work?
The founder, with AI-assisted engineering and specialist contractors where a scope needs them. You always talk to the person accountable for the build.
Do I own the code?
Yes, on payment. Repo, infrastructure and deploy scripts are yours from the first week; we build in your accounts where possible.
Which industries do you know best?
Healthcare revenue cycle (hospitals, clinics, RCM teams) and B2B sales organisations. We take other industries when the capability — say, integrations or an MVP — is domain-neutral.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes: the US, UAE and UK primarily, in your working hours and currency. See the Locations pages for overlap and compliance details.
What happens after launch?
Two options: a monthly retainer for the next outcome and maintenance, or a documented hand-over so your team runs it. Either way you keep everything.
