The terms that apply to your use of xdqlabs.com and to enquiries made through it. Commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Using this site
You may browse xdqlabs.com and use its contact facilities for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
2. Content and accuracy
Descriptions of capabilities, products, industry playbooks and engagement timelines are indicative. Blog posts, including company lists, are editorial commentary based on public information at the time of writing and are not endorsements or rankings. Prices shown as ranges or placeholders are not offers; a binding price is given only in a written proposal.
3. Proposals and engagements
Sending a brief creates no obligation on either side. Any engagement begins only when a written proposal or statement of work has been accepted by both parties; that document, not these terms, governs scope, price, timelines, intellectual property and liability for the work.
4. Intellectual property
Unless a proposal says otherwise, the text, design and code of this site, and the names Drapto, Quotarider and XDQ Labs, belong to XDQ Labs Private Limited. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Client-commissioned deliverables are owned as set out in the relevant engagement agreement; our standard position is that clients own what we build for them on payment.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services and products. We are not responsible for their content or terms.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XDQ Labs' total liability arising from use of this site is limited to [AMOUNT]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, unless an engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
